Samsung Galaxy S5 coming with Android and Tizen

There are lots of rumor that Samsung is planning to launch its Samsung Galaxy S5 with Android and Tizen next year in March or April.

What is Tizen?

We know that most of you would not be aware of the Tizen Software. Tizen is another Mobile Software based on Linux OS (same as android) is being developed by Samsung and Intel corporation. Samsung is working on Tizen since 2010 and is about to introduce it soon in the upcoming Samsung smartphones.

Why Samsung is launching Tizen OS

Well, its quite obvious question. We all know that Google Android is open source and lots of mobile manufacturing companies are using it like Samsung, HTC, Sony, Motorola etc and small companies like Xiaomi, Micromax, Xolo are dominating the smartphone market in their own countries.
Presently, Samsung is on #1 position in the Smartphone market but this position is not stable as other companies like HTC, Sony, LG are giving good competition to Samsung by introducing new features. Samsung wants to be stable like Apple, so they are trying to introduce Tizen in their upcoming devices.

Impact of Tizen on Android

Android is going to dominate the smartphone market till 2018, after that there may be chances for any other Mobile OS to dominate the smartphone market.
If Samsung is trying to leave Android for Tizen then they should introduce it in affordable devices first then only they can use it in the Galaxy Series. So, that users become friendly with Tizen otherwise Samsung is going to be become another Nokia.

What we think about this move?

There is no need of introducing any other Mobile OS, we think Samsung should have learned this from Nokia from the failure of Windows Smartphones. Anyway, if Samsung is going to dump Google Android in the Upcoming Samsung Galaxy S5 then for sure we will have another Nokia like company in row, and once the place occupied by Samsung is replaced by other Android Manufacturing companies then there is no chance for Samsung to get back on Top.
